Hotel description: Star Cave Hotel is canred its rock face a few minutes walk from the centre of Göreme village there have been houses in this rock face for at least 100 years but five years ago the erdogan family began to restore andconsert the houses into a hotel. All except one of the rooms are caves, the other is a traditionalarched vaulted arch room. The restaurant has been camed out with loucng care by Ahmet erdogan who is a shilled carpenter and builder.the hand made fittings and furniture perfectly carepleneir the rough Cave walls.
